Stainless steel mincing plate for size 12 system meat grinders, SLX version with two notches (positioning references), plate diameter 70 mm.

The perforated plate works together with the knife: the meat pushed forward by the auger is cut by the rotating knife and passes through the holes in the plate, which determine the texture of the mince. It is a wear part and should be replaced together with the knife when the mince comes out crushed or warm.

Compatible with size 12 system meat grinders from all the leading brands — Fama, Sirman, Fimar, Artex, Everest and equivalent models. Available with different hole sizes: specify the desired texture. The two-notch version ensures correct orientation on the mincing assembly.
