The knife-holder pin for model 32 is the pin on which the cross-shaped knife (or self-sharpening knife) of system-32 meat grinders is mounted: it is the point of motion transmission between the auger shaft and the cutting group made up of the knife and the perforated plate, and it keeps the assembly aligned as it rotates.
It is the correct spare part for Marwel system-32 meat grinders.
It should be replaced when worn, scored or deformed: typical symptoms are irregular meat cutting, vibration of the knife-plate assembly, and excessive play that compromises the seal of the cutting block.
Note: pins for systems 12, 22 and 32 are not interchangeable with one another, as they have different dimensions.
