Knife pin replacement part for FAMA / FIMAR meat mincer model TS12 (size 12). It is the threaded pin that, inside the grinding group, mounts and drives the cross-shaped knife against the perforated plate: the rotation of the pin makes knife and plate work together, ensuring a clean and consistent cut of the meat.

This is a component subject to wear and continuous mechanical stress. It should be replaced when the thread is stripped, when the pin shows play, deformation or bending, or when the knife no longer couples correctly with the plate: a worn pin compromises mincing quality and can cause overheating and machine downtime.

Compatibility: FAMA / FIMAR meat mincer model TS12 (size 12).

Adaptable/compatible spare part.
