The ABO mod. 32 knife pin (ref. ABOTRI0003) is the threaded pin onto which the cross-shaped knife is mounted in the grinding assembly of the mod. 32 meat mincer. Screwed onto the auger, it positions and drives the knife rotating against the perforated plate: it is therefore a critical component, since the cut quality and the absence of meat smearing depend on a correct contact between pin, knife and plate.

The part is adaptable/compatible with ABO mod. 32 meat mincers (e.g. ABO 32 and VETTA MACCHI VTC32A). Always check the thread and flange against the pin to be replaced before purchase.
