Complete sharpener unit, a replacement part for OMAS DAMPA brand, model VS GL TN.

The sharpener is the unit that lets you hone the slicer's circular blade without removing it: two abrasive grinding wheels are brought against the two sides of the spinning disc to restore its cutting edge. It is an essential component for keeping cut quality consistent over time: when the blade cuts unevenly, tears instead of cutting cleanly, or requires excessive pressure on the product, it is a sign that sharpening is no longer effective and the sharpener unit needs attention (worn or misaligned wheels, or a damaged unit).

Replacement part compatible with OMAS DAMPA brand slicers, model VS GL TN.
