Foot bracket with rod for FAC slicers, compatible with models 250i, 275i, 300. These are two components of the food pusher arm, the assembly that anchors and presses the food (cured meats, cheeses, roasts) against the blade during slicing: the foot bracket is the support/locking element that attaches to the arm, while the rod is the sliding shaft the bracket is mounted on.
- Brand: FAC
- Compatible models: 250i, 275i, 300
- Rod diameter: 12 mm
The pusher arm also has a safety function, keeping the operator's hand away from the blade during slicing. The foot bracket and rod should be replaced when bent, loose, or worn to the point of no longer holding the food firmly, or when the arm no longer slides smoothly along its travel.
