The coarse-grain sharpening stone (emery) 50x13x10 mm is the grinding wheel for the built-in sharpener of Mobba and compatible slicers. It fits onto the sharpener arm and restores the edge of the circular blade when cutting becomes imprecise or tears the food instead of slicing it cleanly.

• Diameter: 50 mm
• Thickness: 13 mm
• Center bore: 10 mm
• Coarse grain, for the first sharpening pass (roughing)

Replace it when the abrasive surface is worn, glazed or cracked, which prevents effective blade sharpening.
