Replacement wire whisk for Sirman Plutone 7-litre planetary mixer. This is the tool that fits onto the planetary mixer to whip and incorporate air.

What it does. The wire whisk is the attachment dedicated to light-duty preparations: whipping egg whites and cream, and preparing custards, batters and fluid mixtures. It differs from the spiral dough hook (for bread/pizza dough) and the flat beater (for medium-consistency mixtures): the right attachment is fitted for each job.

When to replace it. When the wires are bent, loose or broken, or the attachment shaft is damaged and the whisk no longer stays firmly in place.

Compatibility. Sirman Plutone 7-litre planetary mixer (ref. CINP7-40102800). Check the model and capacity of your planetary mixer, as whisks vary depending on the machine.
