Replacement body ("mouth") for FAMA cone-type mozzarella cutter, model FTMC, original reference F2267 (part no. 38 in the exploded parts diagram).

The body is the central element of the machine: it houses the perforated cone that, rotating, shreds the mozzarella pushed by the presser, producing the classic uniform "flakes" used for pizza topping. The body keeps the cone properly sealed and aligned with the gear reducer/motor unit.

Replacement is needed in case of breakage, wear of the cone housing seats, or excessive play that compromises cutting quality or safe operation.
