Star blade for the RGV Trita Express food chopper.

This is the multi-point blade that rotates at the bottom of the bowl to chop meat, vegetables and herbs. It works in direct contact with the food and is a wear part: once it loses its edge, the chopped result becomes uneven and "mushy". Replace it when it is worn or damaged.

Specific to the RGV Trita Express. Handle with care (sharp blade); wash and dry after each use.
