Set of two replacement plates (discs) for the RGV Trita Express meat mincer (model 110405). The plates are the perforated element through which the meat is pushed and minced by the cross knife: together with the knife they form the mincer's cutting assembly. The set includes two different hole sizes to produce different textures of mince.

When to replace them: the plates should be changed when the hole edges are worn, ovalised or rounded off, when the meat comes out crushed rather than minced, or when the plate shows rust, dents or deformation. Plate and knife work as a pair and wear together: for a clean cut it is advisable to replace them at the same time and keep the two mating surfaces clean and properly seated.
