The flat beater (spatula) is the original attachment supplied with the RGV Pastaprof 10-litre planetary mixer (model PL10S, art. 110290). It corresponds to number 6 in the exploded view of the machine (reference 110298 / 110303N).

This attachment is used to gently mix softer doughs and light mixtures, as well as to scrape the sides of the bowl, recovering the ingredients and blending them evenly. It is one of the three tools designed for this planetary mixer, alongside the double dough hook and the whisk.

• Compatibility: RGV Pastaprof 10-litre planetary mixer, model PL10S (art. 110290)
• Exploded-view position: number 6
• Reference: 110298 / 110303N
• Brand: RGV

The machine it fits is a planetary mixer with a 10-litre stainless steel bowl, 1500 Watt motor and 230V power supply. The beater should be replaced when the edge in contact with the bowl is worn, chipped or deformed, a condition that compromises wall scraping and dough uniformity. To order the correct spare part, always check that it matches your model and the exploded-view number.
