Set of 3 meat-grinder mincing plates (discs) for the grinding assembly of the RGV New Duetto Plus. The set includes the three L-M-N plates with 3, 5 and 7 mm holes: each perforated plate sets how finely the meat is ground as it leaves the assembly, from a finer mince (small hole) to a coarser one.

The plate is the component that, paired with the cross blade, cuts and pushes the food through the holes. Having several plates available lets you obtain different mince textures depending on the recipe (sausage, meatball or burger mixes). With all three hole sizes in one set, the most common needs are covered in a single purchase.

Replace it when the holes widen or deform through wear, when the cutting edge around the holes becomes rounded (the meat is crushed instead of cut), or in case of oxidation/corrosion that would compromise hygiene. Fitting is the standard grinder-assembly procedure: the plate is inserted in the locking ring, in contact with the blade, and held in place by the threaded ring.
