Bottom plate for RGV Ausonia 190 slicers (ref. 048). This is the panel that closes the base of the machine, on which the drive train and frame components are mounted.
It serves both a structural role (support and protection of the internal mechanics) and a cosmetic one (closing the bottom of the machine). Replace it when the original plate is dented, corroded or damaged, for example after impacts or water infiltration.
