The trolley lock knob is the replacement knob for locking the carriage (sliding trolley) of model 300 professional slicers, non-BLC version. It screws onto the carriage's threaded pin and allows it to be manually locked in the required position while slicing.

- Compatible with model 300 professional slicers without the BLC system
It should be replaced when the original knob is broken, the internal thread is worn, or the grip has loosened: in these cases the carriage no longer locks correctly while slicing.
