The finger guard is the safety protection fitted on the product plate of the slicer, designed to keep the operator's fingers away from the cutting area while loading and moving the product on the plate.
- Compatible with RGV slicers mod. VC 350 (meat plate, vertical Dolly/Kelly series)
Replacement is needed when it is broken, deformed or loose: in these conditions operator protection is reduced and the machine may no longer meet the required safety standards.
