The carriage stop spring is the mechanical replacement part for the carriage assembly of the Lusso series gravity slicers mod. 22/25. It is part of the sliding carriage locking system - the plate the product to be sliced rests on - and keeps it locked in the required position, for example while the plate is removed for cleaning or maintenance.
