The Fama MCF100 professional centrifuge is designed for bars, ice cream parlours, restaurants and any business that prepares fresh fruit and vegetable juice on demand. The body is made of polished aluminium, with a stainless steel washable strainer basket and an aluminium pulp collection bowl.

The single-phase 0.40 kW (0.55 Hp) motor runs at a moderate speed of 3000 rpm, chosen to avoid overheating the product and to preserve its nutritional properties; it is also protected by a thermal probe. The feed head has an 8 cm wide feed tube, large enough to process half a large apple without cutting it into small pieces.

The cleaning system uses a self-cleaning double-click lever, with an immediately removable basket to speed up washing between uses. The filter and blades are made of stainless steel, while the lid and pusher are made of washable plastic.
