Panel with board and push-button panel, spare part for the Polo 22/32 refrigerated mincers of the NSV line. It is the complete control unit of the refrigerated mincer: the board manages start/stop, motor actuation and refrigeration control, while the panel/buttons provide the operator's controls.

It is a component subject to electronic failure (overvoltage, moisture) and button wear: when the panel or board fails the machine cannot be controlled correctly or the refrigeration does not work. Replacing the unit restores controls and control.
