Fama digital push-button panel for the Mignon grater (exploded-view ref. 23b), connectable only to the digital board. It is the digital control panel that provides the operator with the grater's command keys and indications, communicating exclusively with the paired digital electronic board (not compatible with the mechanical-switch versions).

It is a component subject to key wear and electronic failure (moisture, overvoltage): when the panel fails the controls do not respond or the grater cannot be managed correctly. Replacing it restores controls and indications.

• Exploded-view ref: 23b
