The plastic funnel mod. 5, 15 mm diameter is an accessory for series-5 manual/electric meat mincers, designed to turn the appliance into a sausage stuffer for homemade sausages.
- Material: food-grade plastic
- Outlet diameter: 15 mm
- Compatible with model 5 meat mincers
It fits onto the mincer body in place of the cutting assembly (plate and knife), positioning the funnel base just above the plate and tightening the locking collar. The 15 mm diameter is suited to small-calibre casings (e.g. thin sausages). It is the right replacement part when the original funnel is broken or worn.
