The auger (or worm screw) is the rotating component that, turning inside the meat mincer body, carries and pushes the meat towards the perforated plate and the knife, ensuring a constant grinding flow.

This auger is made entirely of stainless steel and is compatible with Fimar model 22 meat mincers.
