The hollow round (TC) knob is the replacement knob for Kolossal New Generation (N.G.) series slicers. It is supplied "empty", i.e. without an internal insert/pin, so it can be fitted onto the existing shaft or lever on the machine.

- New Generation (N.G.) version
- Compatible with Kolossal (Manconi) N.G. series slicers
Replace it when it is broken or chipped, or when the internal seat is worn to the point of no longer holding firmly onto the shaft or lever it is fitted on.
