This is the graduated dial that lets you set and read the slice thickness, acting on the slicer's thickness-adjustment disc. As it is sold without a pin, it must be paired with the original pin already on the machine or with a pin purchased separately.

Compatible with Italiana Macchi Euro model slicers.

Replace it when the original knob is broken, the graduation markings are no longer readable, or the pin coupling is worn.
