Graduated knob without pin for Atoma slicer. It is the thickness adjustment knob: turning it moves the food carriage plate closer to or further from the blade, setting the desired cutting thickness in millimetres according to the graduated scale printed on the knob itself.

• Version without pin: to be paired with the pin/shaft already fitted on the machine

With use the knob can show worn or illegible graduations, excessive play, or a broken coupling seat on the pin: in these cases thickness adjustment becomes imprecise or impossible and the knob must be replaced to restore correct and safe cutting adjustment.
