The dampers are the elastic inserts that cushion the transmission shocks between motor and gear: they absorb the jolts at start-up and the overloads, protecting the gear teeth from breakage and reducing noise and vibration. They should be replaced when they are hardened, crushed or crumbled — the typical symptom is play and mechanical noise in the transmission.

Pack of 6 pieces. Check the hole diameter (6 mm) against the gear of your machine; a Ø 8 mm version is also available.
