Sharpening stone (abrasive grinding wheel) for meat slicers, dimensions 54 × 8 × 8 mm (diameter × thickness × center hole). It is the wear part of the built-in sharpener assembly: mounted on the shaft, it restores the edge of the circular blade at every sharpening pass. Compatible with Kolossal slicers (including the Deburring version) and with models that accept this size. Medium grit: a balance between metal removal and finishing, suited to routine edge maintenance when aggressive sharpening is not required. For proper sharpening, check the three measurements (diameter 54, thickness 8, hole 8 mm) on your machine and replace the stone once it is worn or glazed.
