Grinding wheel (emery stone) for slicer sharpeners, compatible with Fama slicers and other sharpeners with the same footprint. It is the abrasive wheel fitted on the sharpener arm, used to hone the circular blade of the slicer, restoring a clean cutting edge when the blade no longer cuts cleanly or starts tearing the food instead of slicing it.
