Replacement sharpening stone for the grinding attachment of Kolossal and compatible meat slicers, coarse grain for blade sharpening.

• Diameter: 45 mm
• Thickness: 11 mm
• Center hole: 8 mm

On two-stone sharpener systems, the coarse-grain stone is the one that restores the blade's cutting edge (the actual sharpening pass), used before the fine-grain stone that removes the resulting burr. Replace it once it becomes worn, smooth or glazed and no longer bites into the blade, resulting in an ineffective or uneven edge.
