The Sidney push-button panel is the original Sirman start/stop control for Leonardo series slicers (ref. AGWSELE1002). It is an inclined oval panel, 130x42x35 mm, fitted with the two START and STOP buttons that switch the motor on and bring the blade to a safe stop.

It's the part the operator presses every time the machine is used: when the internal contacts wear out or the button sticks, the slicer stops starting altogether, cuts out on its own mid-slice, or needs several presses before it responds. These are the typical signs the panel needs replacing.

Since this part is made specifically for Sirman Leonardo slicers, fit matters: shape, mounting hole and connectors match the original, so it installs without adapting the existing wiring. It is not a universal panel suited to other slicer brands or series.

Replacing it with the original Sirman panel keeps the blade's safety stop function working correctly.
