The upper wash manifold collects pressurized water from the pump and distributes it evenly to the nozzles of the upper rotating arm, ensuring effective washing across the full height of the basket. With use, the manifold can crack, become clogged with limescale or residue, or become damaged at the connection points, causing pressure drops or water leaks during the cycle. In these cases it must be replaced with a compatible spare to restore proper pressure and even washing.
