The suction filter is the component that traps solid food residue in the wash water before it is drawn back in by the recirculation pump of the LS 665 professional dishwasher, protecting the pump and spray nozzles from clogging.

• Specific to the LS 665 professional dishwasher
• Provides intake filtering for the wash circuit

It should be replaced or cleaned regularly when it visibly traps enough residue to reduce water flow, when the dishwasher washes less effectively because the nozzles clog more frequently, or when the mesh or filter body is cracked or deformed in a way that compromises its seal. An intact, efficient filter is essential to protect the wash pump and maintain consistent washing results over time.
