Drain filter for DIHR STAR CR professional dishwashers. Located at the bottom of the wash tank, in front of the drain pump, it catches solid food residues before they reach the pump, protecting the impeller from clogging and wear.

This is a wear part that should be inspected and cleaned daily; when it is cracked, deformed or permanently clogged it must be replaced, since a damaged filter reduces washing efficiency and can cause the drain pump to clog.
