The simple grater feed mouth CE (ref. FAMTRI0056) is the feed hopper of the Fama GS106 and GS107 series professional graters, the 'simple' version for single-function machines (grater only, not combined with a slicer or other unit).

This is the hopper/opening where the block of cheese or hard bread is inserted for grating: its shape guides the product towards the grating roller, ensuring correct and safe feeding during operation.

The CE designation identifies the version compliant with current safety regulations, fitted with the guards required to protect the operator while the machine is running.

This is the correct spare part for anyone with a Fama GS106 or GS107 simple grater who needs to replace the original feed mouth because it is worn, cracked, deformed or no longer compliant.
