Single-flame pilot burner, Target series, for professional gas cooking equipment.

• Type: pilot burner, single flame
• Series: Target
• Use: professional gas cookers, ranges and fryers

The pilot burner is the small auxiliary burner that stays lit with a constant flame and is responsible for igniting the main burner as soon as the gas valve is opened, ensuring safe and immediate ignition of the appliance. It should be replaced when the pilot flame fails to light, goes out easily, produces an irregular or yellow flame instead of blue, or when the main burner no longer ignites properly even with the pilot lit.

Target series spare part for professional gas cooking equipment fitted with this type of single-flame pilot burner.
