Professional slicer designed for cutting cured meats, cheese, bread and fish. The design, carefully finished down to the smallest detail with wide curves and no sharp edges, allows for simple and thorough cleaning, further supported by the availability of the BLC system (sliding carriage lock), which allows the food tray and its support to be removed for easy access to the area underneath the tray as well; in this case, a dedicated safety mechanism only allows removal when the slice-thickness adjustment plate is in the "0" position, so that the blade is fully protected. In addition, this slicer features a sealed ring with gaskets that hermetically closes the opening for the blade-carrying pulley shaft, preventing liquids from entering the interior. Designed in compliance with current safety standards, this slicer has the following features:

• base in lacquered aluminum with food-safe paint
• blade guard, food tray, slice-thickness adjustment plate, blade-guard ring and food pusher in aluminum with bright anodized finish, for a hygienically clean and corrosion-resistant product
