Its design, carefully finished down to the smallest detail with generous curves and no sharp edges, allows for simple and thorough cleaning, further supported by the BLC system (sliding carriage lock), which lets you remove the food plate and its support for easy access underneath the plate as well; in this case, a dedicated safety mechanism only allows disassembly when the slice-thickness adjustment guard is in position "0", so that the blade remains fully protected. Designed in compliance with safety standards, it features:

• blade guard, food plate, slice-thickness adjustment guard and blade guard ring with a polished anodized finish, for a hygienically clean and corrosion-resistant product
• professional fan-cooled motor to limit heat build-up and keep it quiet
• blade shaft mounted on double bearings, making the slicer quiet
• professional hardened, ground blade with hard chrome plating to keep its cutting efficiency for longer
• fixed sharpener with twin grinding wheels for sharpening and removing the burr formed during sharpening
• cutting thickness up to 15 mm
