230V/50Hz stator for the Mignon grater: this is the fixed winding of the electric motor, the component that generates the magnetic field needed to turn the rotor. It is the part to replace when the motor is burnt out or no longer starts.

Suitable for motors on Mignon-line graters with single-phase 230V power supply and 50Hz frequency (induction motor, typical output 0.38 kW/0.50 HP on the Fama Mignon GM version).

Signs that the stator needs replacing include: burning smell, visibly blackened or melted winding, a motor that hums without turning, or no rotation at all despite a regular power supply.

Replacement requires removing the motor housing and is an electromechanical job.
