Replacement grater mouth (part 41) for the Mignon professional electric grater, the compact machine used in homes, communities, hotels and trattorias to grate aged cheese and stale bread.

• Loading mouth component, the part where the product is inserted and pressed against the grating roller via the cheese press
• Compatible with the Mignon grater
• Original spare part AGWS2067

Replace it when the original mouth is broken, deformed or excessively worn at the point of contact with the roller, which reduces grating output or prevents correct pressing of the product.
