Replacement safety lever for the RGV Pasta Vintage dough mixer, corresponding to number 11 in the manufacturer's exploded parts view. The lever controls raising and locking of the mixer head and, at the same time, acts as a safety device: when the head is raised the machine stops and cannot be operated until the head is lowered back and locked with the lever.

• Compatibility: RGV Pasta Vintage dough mixer
• Position: exploded parts view number 11
• Function: head lifting/locking and safety shut-off

Replace it when it becomes loose, no longer locks the head firmly, or when the safety system fails to correctly stop the machine's operation.
