The flat beater (foglia) for the RGV Pasta Vintage stand mixer is the paddle-shaped attachment for RGV's Pasta Vintage line of planetary mixers, available in White and Black. It is the original RGV spare part listed in the RGV spare-parts exploded diagram as item number 6.

• Part code: 110307 / 110308N
• Brand: RGV
• Compatibility: RGV Pasta Vintage planetary mixer, White and Black versions

The flat beater is fitted in place of the whisk or dough hook for medium-consistency mixtures — creams, butter, mashed potatoes, cake batters — because it blends without whipping in air or developing gluten the way a hook would. Replace it when it is bent, cracked, loose at the point where it locks onto the motor shaft, or when it no longer reaches the sides of the bowl properly during mixing.
