Auger for the RGV Juice Art and Juice Art New juice extractor. This is the worm screw that turns slowly inside the filter basket and is the heart of the slow-extraction juicer.

What it's for. The auger crushes and presses fruit and vegetables against the filter: the juice passes through the holes in the basket while the pulp is pushed toward the waste outlet. Since it is the element that works in direct contact with the produce, it is a wear part: over time its edges wear down and juice yield drops.

When to replace it. When the extractor yields less juice, leaves the pulp too wet, or the auger shows cracks, chipping or worn threading.

Compatibility. Original spare part (code 110607) for RGV Juice Art (code 110600) and Juice Art New (code 110900). It works together with the filter basket (code 110606/110620), lid (code 110608) and pulp tray (code 110604). The base/New line differs from Juice Art Plus / Muscle: check the model.
