Sharpening stone (abrasive grinding wheel), 45 mm diameter, coarse grit, for RGV meat slicers. It is the wear part of the built-in sharpener assembly: mounted on the shaft, it restores the edge of the circular blade. The coarse grit removes metal and rebuilds the cutting-edge profile on worn or nicked blades; it is the first wheel in the sharpening cycle, followed by the fine grit for finishing. The two grits work as a pair: keep both and replace the stone when it is worn or glazed. Check the diameter (45 mm) and the mounting on your RGV model before purchasing.
