The carriage stop spring is the mechanical replacement part for the carriage locking system (BLC) of the RGV Dolly V 350 S vertical slicer. It is part of the assembly that holds the sliding carriage - the plate the product to be sliced rests on - in place, for example while the plate is removed for cleaning or maintenance.
