ABS collection tray for the Fama Inox CE vegetable cutter, corresponding to position 36 in the machine's official spare parts diagram. It is the plastic container that collects the cut product coming out of the cutting unit: vegetables, mozzarella, cheese and all foods processed by the vegetable cutter.

Made of ABS, a rigid food-contact-safe plastic, it can be easily removed from the body for emptying and cleaning after each use. On the Fama vegetable cutter the tray is part of the machine's safety system: its correct position is required for operation.

• Material: ABS
• Position in the exploded diagram: 36
• Compatibility: Fama Inox CE vegetable cutter

Replace it when the original tray shows cracks, broken edges, deformation or deep wear marks that compromise hygiene: a damaged tray traps food residue and is harder to sanitise properly.
