Slicing discs for the TVK25 and Elite New vegetable cutters. These are the E-series discs, designed for slicing fruit and vegetables: the disc rotates over the machine feed opening and produces even, uniform slices. Within the series the code number indicates the slice thickness, from a thin slice (E1, ideal for potato chips, cabbage, cucumbers, carrots, onions) up to a thick slice (E14) for firmer vegetables.
Available codes: E1 E2 E3 E4 E5 E6 E8 E10 E14. Each disc produces a different slicing thickness, so you can build the set best suited to your processing needs.
