Delicate slicing discs (S1 - S2) for the TV25K and Elite New Fama/Fimar vegetable cutters. These are cutting discs fitted in the machine's working unit, designed to produce thin, even slices while keeping the product intact.
The delicate slicing version is ideal for vegetables that tend to crumble or bruise under an aggressive cut: potatoes (also for chips), turnips, cabbage, cucumbers, carrots, onions and mushrooms. The clean cut reduces waste and improves plate presentation.
The disc is a wear part: a chipped or blunt blade, or a warped disc, degrades cut quality and can compromise safe operation. Replacing the single disc is quick and is done without tools on the machine's disc plate.
